It is a dependency of  Netherlands (it is called a 'special municipality' but it is in practice a dependency) Anyway, here is the entry: Giovanca ft. Shirma Rouse & ZO! I will discuss the 'borrowing' for this as I would want it to be more like Andorra and San Marino for it to borrow but MSC isnt run by just me I would rather see that borrowing would not be allowed, my remark about borrowing was just because place like this are often used to borrow. In my opinion, territories are fine in contests, if the entries are from there. I actually hate borrowing, as it gives countries with a large music industry an unfair advantage, while the 'borrowing nations' do have music of their own. |
