 ORF can once again confirm that  Austria will participate in the forthcoming edition of the International Music Festival. After two comeback editions of Austria's Got Talent, ORF has decided that Austria's Got Talent will not be used for this edition; instead, Austria's presentation show Γsterreicher PrΓ€sentation will be used to present the Austrian act. The show is often used to introduce new names to the Austrian music industry, like Sedonia and Como.
The decision to not use Austria's Got Talent this edition came due to bad results received from Austria's Got Talent's last two editions. The technical issues of AGT V also led to this decision, however it was ultimately decided due to some promising requests to represent Austria. (not Daria Kinzer!  ) |

 Norway withdraws! Norway will take a break from the International Music Festival for the 34th edition, but it is expected to return once again in the 35th edition!
The reasons have not been stated yet, but it is most likely due to internal changes within NRK. |

 Moldova confirms! Despite not qualifying from the pre-qualification round, TRM stated today, the 21st of March, that the country is going to take part in the International Music Festival 34, by holding the usual Selectia Nationala, even which is now at its 7th edition. 15 acts are going to compete; they are already chosen by an expert jury. More details to be revealed soon! |

  RTΓ announces their withdrawal After a lot of thinking, RTΓ decided to take a break from the contest, due to lack of time. The Head of Delegation, announced
 We're really sorry but unfortunately,we can't handle the contest this time. A lot thinking, but sadly the result was one and only; the withdrawal! We have many bigger problems right now to care about which leads us only to a withdrawal. Though nothing is yet said about the flagnone thirty-fifth edition, if the coutnry will participate or not! 
Ireland is also open in a swap, if someone is interested,just message me here, or at facebook, if we are 'friends'.

To Hold a National SelectionFrance would like to open their doors to the rest of Europe.
We would like as many countries as possible to send only 1 song to us that they would like to see represent France.
Out of all the nominations, we will select our top 6/8 songs that will compete in a national final for your votes to represent France in IMF.
