GRAND FINAL
Welcome to Barcelona!
All countries participating in this edition must vote (including the quarter-final non-finalists).
Non-participants of this semi-final can also cast their vote, they might get used as replacement votes.
VOTES PRESENTATION
This edition, it will be introduced that only the 26 countries competing in the grand final will reveal their votes live. The remaining votes will be revealed from the place that got the least amount of votes from all of these remaining countries up to the most voted one. The decision was made to shorten the final show, but also to keep the excitement.
The finalists are therefor requested to send a spokesperson, location (at night!) and speech along with their votes.
