Most deserved non-qualifier imo. She was way too squeaky in the chorus. I wouldn't be surprised if she actually got the last place in this semi...
Lol, have you noticed how almost nobody in the stadium cheered for them? 
There were, like, 2 flags waving and everybody was super-silent 
It was okay, to be honest, but not strong enough to qualify. As expected.
Obvious qualifier. I really don't understand why people thought this wouldn't qualify and call it a surprise. His voice is too strong not to qualify.
Now this was a horrible live performance. The studio version is good, but live she just pulled off an 
Elhaida Dani. She only got through because she was a favourite based on studio version, in my opinion.
Kinda expected. Juries looove this kind of song.
Epic intro and fantastic staging. But that's not the reason why she qualified. She also had reeeally strong vocals. On point. Brilliant.

Not as great as expected, to be honest. His performance was really off a few times. And his voice sounded really nasal und quite unpleasant tonight. Not worthy of being a winner if you ask me. Probably will win though if he improves in the grand final.
Nice vocals. The song is nowhere near my favourites, but she's a deserved qualifer and I'm happy for Czechia^^

I was sort of worried about their chances, but they were really great and I'm super happy now.
That's probably my positive surprise of the night. Vocally she was really great and the performance didn't look overly childish on TV, so this made me start to like it. For the first time I hoped that she would qualify and she did 
Hm, I liked his song and voice before the show. But tonight he was quite bad, for some reason. His vocals were not on point. And he always did this weird hand gesture a thousand times and tried too hard to look sexy... Really weird and I quickly realized he had no chance to qualify.
I'm not a fan of this song at all, but I'm totally okay that she qualified. It was listenable and watchable.
Tbh I liked it way more than ever For some strange reason rock songs often seem better on TV. Good that it's out though.
How in the world did this not qualify??? Someone here already feared that people would think that Greta copied Sergey because she performed after him. Apparently he was right... Otherwise I can't find any explanation for this. Cruelty of the year.
I don't know why they were wrapped in golden aluminium foil... I thought they would qualify though. However, I don't really care that they didn't.
The studio version is one of my favourites this year. I was disappointed by the performance. She sounded really average live. And the dancer was just there. He didn't serve any purpose. Really unspectacular actually. No chance of winning or even finishing in the top 5. In fact, I was even surprised that she qualified after all. But I'm happy of course, as I love the studio version.All in all, great results! I would only exchange
Iceland for Croatia.
Armenia is concerning. Considering the flag rules put in place, this could be grounds for disqualification since the flag is not internationally recognized at all (unlike 
Wales and 
Kosovo, which has some recognition).
Azerbaijan - I loved the song at first, then I heard the rehearsal and got a bit worried, but when it came to the night, OMG soooo much better, deserved qualifier.
Russia - One word to describe this 'SLAYED!!!!!!!' It was incredible. So happy they qualified 
Netherlands - I didn't expect it to be honest, when the music video got released, I wasn't feeling it. But when it came to the night, I was actually singing along to the song. It was another deserved qualifier.
Hungary - I LOVED his voice. I had a feeling it was going to qualify. 
Croatia - Sooooo happy they are back in the final!! Voice was amazing. When I heard in the press conference that some of the Croatian people didn't get behind her I was shocked! Her song is incredible. Well.....she proved them haters wrong!!!
Austria - I was fairly shocked that they qualified, I did have feeling she would qualify after the reaction she got after her performance, was CRAZY! . But well done to Austria! 
Czech Republic - FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was SOOOOO happy when they announced that 'Czechia' had qualified, well deserved qualifier, her voice was flawless. 
Cyprus - I'm really happy that there is a rock song in the final, brings out the different genre of music for the final rather than up tempo and ballad. Well done Cyprus!!!
Malta - I am really happy that they qualified, I did expect to hear Iceland, but I loved Malta even more to be honest. Well done to Ira. And congratulations on your pregnancy.

My heart breaks because I love this song, but I knew it didn't have much of a chance anyway. I thought the staging was very sexy and was perfect in terms of the song but that card trick was ridiculous
