 A CHANGE IN PLANS FOR MEXICO - ENTRY FINALLY REVEALED! After weeks of silence, news have finally arrived about Mexico's national selection. Guillermo del Bosque, the Mexican head of delegation and spokesperson for it's current SBU memberstation Telehit, held a press conference earlier this day. They confirmed what everyone else had already figured out; the second edition of Mexico's national selection due to a lack of funding. "It really is a shame" del Bosque stated. "It brought us our second greatest placement in the competition's history. We are currently trying our hardest to solve these monetary issues, and hopefully everything will be back on track in time for the next edition." But this piece of bad news doesn't mean that the country will sit out this edition of the SVSC. Lacking the money nescessary to hold a national selection, the Mexican delegation instead internally selected the country's representative. At the press conference, they also spilled the beans on the identity of the selected artist. "Throughout the years Mexico has been represented by some true icons of Latin American music; Belinda, Jesse y Joy, Yuri, MΓ‘na and even Pitbull. Me and the delegation are now proud to announce the nex t artist that's going to wave the Mexican flag at the SuperVision Song Contest.."  GLORIA TREVI
Mexico will be represented by the pop diva and sex icon Gloria Trevi. She will perform a song titled "20 Segundos" in Oslo in a few weeks. Hopefully sheΒ΄ll manage to reach the grand final just like Tefa did last edition.
