USA's Road to Victory is back!You have a say!
14 acts have been predetermined.
The remaining 2 will be chosen by you!
You can nominate an act by replying on this thread with a video of the act and the state of the US it comes from. Make sure to do your research! An act with an invalid state will not be counted.
No state can be represented more than once, therefore if the two acts both represent one state, the first and third act will move on.
If you like a song that has been replied, quote it. The 2 songs with the most quotes will be the last to acts to have a chance to represent the US!
Anyone can nominate an act, but it must be nominated by October 15, 2016.
Format
8 acts will compete in two semi-finals. A poll will appear on each thread. If you have confirmed in MSC with a country, you can send your

to SHE HAS RETURNED during each semi-final. I will also give my set of points as the US HoD. All points will be combined and the top 3 acts will move on to the final.The 4th act of each SF will move on to the Second Chance Round. The same formats will apply, except the country will only send its preferred act out of the two.
The preferred act will move on to the final.
The 7 acts in the final will compete as in the semi-final. A draw will be held out of the countries who voted in all three stages to make up the international jury. The 5 successful countries will have their own say and make up their own points. All other countries will have a combined cumulative point count. There will still be a poll in the final. You have no obligation to vote in the final if you are not one of the five countries selected. If you have been selected and would not like to be a juror, just PM me. All the votes will be combined and the act with the most points will have won the Second Edition of USA's Road to Victory!
