Festival of Miracles #25 - Allocation Draw Thread

This is the allocation draw thread for FoM #24 at Mariehamn!

For this edition we got 36 participating countries: 

• FIRST semi-final is going to have 16 countries, in here the AQ voting will be Italy and United States.

• SECOND semi-final is going to get 15 countries, here Sweden and South Korea will also vote.

• THE  Åland Islands will vote in BOTH semi-finals to have the same amount of countries voting in both semi's.

So let's begin! Remember two countries are selected randomly wich will be the wildcards of their semi, they will choose their exact running position.
