 FIJI CONFIRM IN THE 32ND EDITIONFBC (Fiji) announces that they will confirm their participation in the 32nd edition in the United Kingdom.
Fiji's entry will be Paulini with the song "By My Side".

The sheer differentness (in a good way, I think) gripped me right away, and though I've listened it dozens of times since, I still thoroughly enjoy it. The lyrics are in an imaginary language, and the vocal style is derived from traditional Tuvan/Mongolian throat singing (khöömei), paired up with country influences in the instrumentals. My love for this song even went so far that it pushed me to start learning khöömei myself, resulting in a cover of this song, which is to be found on my SoundCloud page soundcloud.com/user-189535097/tracks. I know different usually doesn't really work in song contests (though  Bhutan proved it is possible last edition), but I'm really happy to finally have a place to send one of my favorites, I hope you like it! |
