Woah, I actually don't know. Those cookies are sold or individually at almost every grocery store and supermarket as snacks but also in fancy boxes that you couldplace as decoration at meetings, for example. Also they're the most common type of cookies served at parties, formal meetings or even conferences, most of the times accompanied by coffee

I personally have never seen them with the name of Mexican wedding cake cookies before I even asked my mom and she hasn't heard of that name either

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO SAY SO I'M JUST GUNNA SHOW THE RECIPE FOR PANCAKES

1.In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.
2.Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake
