I don't find anything special about it, Tayanna was by far the best of the night. So disappointed from Ukraine, as it is my favorite Eurovision country (based on the songs from 2005-present).

It's okay but that's it. I like it, the verses are stronger than the chorus imo and the song is a bit repetitive. Not the best choice but still a decent song

Well, we can't blame their jury for selecting this. Maybe the Ukrainian public was aware of all the ballads being released so far, so they voted for a different type of song. I don't blame them. This year's theme is about celebrating diversity, right? This is the second year in a row that a band and a female solo artist tied for the win, with the televote being the deciding factor. Last year, it was Jamala > The Hardkiss; this year, it's O.Torvald > Tayanna. It stands out in all aspects: the genre (alternative rock), the singer (male after years of females... sns), and performance (unique concept). I like to hear songs that have a different sound (like Jamala last year), and Ukraine just hit the nail in the head perfectly. For its genre though, it's not a memorable rock song, but for Eurovision, it sure does stand out. Overall, I can't wait to see them perform (hopefully with that staging) in May.
