Didn't think too much of this before the show but after watching the performance I knew it was likely Moldova would qualify
Personally, not my cup of tea but it's obvious as to why it qualified
Cheap song, cheap staging, average vocals. It's ridiculous that this qualified when there are better songs that didn't
Pretty obvious qualifier, but a slick and polished performance worthy of qualifying. That hand sign he makes though is so annoying
I was so scared Portugal wasn't going to make it but I'm glad they did

I felt like there were some parts of her vocals that sounded really forced but despite this I don't really like the performance, the song drags on for too long
The best performance by far tonight IMO. I definitely like this even more than I did before the semi 
How did this qualify? He gave a shoddy vocal inbetween two powerhouse diva ballads and using himself as a background was kinda tacky. I'm not happy about them qualifiying
Kinda expected Cyprus to qualify before the show but the performance solidified it as a finalist. Good but not great IMO
Ugh, I'm one of the few people that has detested this song from the start so I'm very unhappy this qualified. The staging was good but the vocals were shoddy and Blanche has the stage presence of a log
IMO this never stood a chance to qualify in the first place, even though the staging made everyone think it would. Amazing vocals and decent staging but the song was below average
I am SO SAD this didn't qualify!!!! I thought Lindita had decent staging and her vocals were virtually perfect, I have no idea what went wrong here.
Trainwreck as expected, non qualifier as expected
I was so sure that this was going to qualify so it's a real surprise it didn't. I'm not a massive fan of the song myself but it definitely deserved to qualify especially considering some of the other qualifiers and what they had to offer
I really like this song but I knew it stood little to no chance of qualifying. She was missing backing singers in the chorus which irked me but I really hope this didn't finish last
The staging was much better than I thought it would so the performance was less boring than I thought it would. Regardless, it's likely this will finish last as it's so forgettable
I was actually really worried that this would be a surprise qualifier because even though the song is terrible the staging and vocals were outstanding
I am so surprised to see this out too! I thought this was a lock in qualifying so I was surprised to see it not. The two things that probably stopped them from qualifying was the vocal, which was average and the camera angles should have been more dynamic and crazy (a la Montenegro 2016).All in all, quite disappointing results once you take away the obvious qualifiers. There is no way that
Greece should have qualified and after their shoddy performances Australia and Belgium should have NQ'd too. I would without a doubt replace those three with Albania, Finland and Latvia. I still don't know where Lindita nor Norma John went wrong...

I'm surprised to see no one wave the 
This was expected to qualify, so no surprise there. Even though it's just your everyday pop song, it's a strong and catchy pop song that is worthy of the final. Plus, despite the Justin Timberlake comparisons, that's a memorable performance with those treadmills he's got there.
This wasn't going to qualify to begin with. As talented as she is, I got tired of it, and I think first-time viewers were not instantly hooked by this song. Regardless of when it performed, I think it still would have flopped.
I genuinely think the juries loved this song, which helped put him through to the final. He had that one high "note" during the climax of the song, which was funny. It might place top ten with the juries, but I doubt the televote will be as warm. I'm overall underwhelmed.
Same as Georgia. I think it took too long for Lindita to attract the attention from viewers (and probably the juries, too) with her amazing high/long note. By then, it was too late to draw in enough voters. I think being basically similar to Georgia destroyed her chances. Also, I took my first bathroom break with this. Sorry.
The performance did not meet my expectations, but the song itself is just too good to stay in the semis. It's modern and experimental, which already catches the attention of juries and viewers. It was a pleasant surprise to see Belgium qualify (I predicted this finishing 11th). I'm really ticked that they've called Belgium last for three years in a row now. Give Belgium a break! 
He can't sing. As artistic as he claims to be, I think it was just too crazy to deserve any votes. I predicted this to be 13th thinking that there will be some people who will vote for it for its pure "out there"-ness. It will certainly be one of the more memorable performances of this contest.
ROBBED. I'm gutted this didn't qualify, but I knew I would be upset regardless because more than ten songs deserved to qualify. It's a beautiful piece with divine piano instrumentals. Maybe after hearing Georgia and Albania, people got tired of ballads. That is the only reason I can think of why they didn't qualify. Maybe next year they will. 
So artistic! Staging-wise, this is one of my favorite Azerbaijani entries. It's so avant-garde and fresh, which is a trait I'm sure juries gravitate to. The song is quite good, although Dihaj's vocals are okay. I'm not surprised they qualified; they've yet to fail to qualify.
Having Salvador perform on the little platform in the midst of the crowd was a good mood. It made the environment a lot more intimate. I think his quirky little movements are endearing to the viewer. No glitz, no glam, no gimmick. Just Salvador. The song is sweet and sincere, and he was basically the embodiment of the song. So adorable. I'm happy they finally qualified after seven years. 
Demy's vocals are questionable. You can tell who is actually singing the high notes, and it's not Demy. She's really pretty though and that performance was exciting, with the rising platform, the water, that waterfall screen, and those two good-looking dancers that had great chemistry. The juries and public definitely remembered this performance, and I think that's how Greece got enough votes to qualify.
Kasia's vocals are phenomenal, and the staging was done right right from the start. As long as Poland sends a great song, the Polish diaspora + the fans she gained will almost always let this through. I'm glad it qualified. It would've been a shock otherwise.
Their qualification was deserved. They've matured since their 2010 appearance, and it showed in the style of their song today. The hype around Epic Sax Guy certainly helped in gaining public support. The performance itself sold the song. It's a contemporary mid-tempo club beat matched with an energetic and clean choreography of the tuxedo trio and the backing singers in wedding dresses.
I really have little to say about this. It's just so basic. I liked Svala's vocals and her swagger on stage, but the total package was not as great as many of the other acts. It faded into the background against more exciting songs. I knew Iceland wouldn't qualify.
Same as Iceland, but at least it's a really sweet song. I hope next year, they send a show-stopping song. Yeah... nothing else to say unfortunately.
At first, I was worried that his performance might be too plain with just him and the backup dancers. The live show proved otherwise. I predicted this to place 12th, but again, I think because it has such a good (and familiar) beat that it got the audience's attention to vote for it.
Fierce, glamorous, and powerful. Artsvik really embodied those qualities. Seeing the entire performance left me hanging a little bit, but everything worked in her favor: the choreography, the pyro, the smoke, the vocals. It's all fierce. Qualification deserved.
Honestly, I think he was placed here to set up for the final performance. Since I've seen the sixteen acts before this, this is just lackluster. He was an obvious non-qualifier at this point.
Okay, this is a shock to me. I thought that performing last with a really good entry guaranteed them a spot in the Grand Final. It was a colorful performance, so I didn't see how it could have been bad, but I guess it's because of the fact that it performed last when there were a lot of great songs that performed before it already. It sucks. I'm guessing they placed 11th-12th.
I have low expectations on this.
The biggest surprise for me. The UK might actually have a chance to do extremely well.
The hype is real. The crowd danced and chanted along with the performance. Please win.
