 Hong Kong would probably debut in 2018 as a guest.  Kosovo and  Kazakhstan would probably debut in 2018 as well.  Australia should either confirm or withdraw in the 2018 edition. I'd bet 10€ that it's either some unconfirmed (and most likely false) rumour spreading or you making some stuff up |

A week ago it seemed Lisbon was already chosen by default as the host because no other cities approached, but a few days ago Guimarães, Gondomar, Faro and Santa Maria da Feira announced that they would like to be the host city
Which of this 5 cities would you like to be the host?

Also Porto mayor Rui Moreira said he doesnt want the contest to take place in porto as he doesnt want to "spending millions of euros" to host the contest.

Kosovo joining in 2018 is way too close tbh. Maybe they could join but they still need to join the ITU (International Telecommunications Union) and they need UN membership for that. I'd love to see Kazakhstan tho become a full member |
