Four new names has been rumoured for Melfest 2018!
These four names includes Benjamin Ingrosso, Sigrid Bernson, Felix Sandman, and Méndez.
Benjamin Ingrosso competed in this years Melfest with the song "Good Lovin'", where he came 5th in the final.
Sigrid Bernson is mostly known in Sweden for being Samir Badrans girlfriend, and has also been Ingrosso's partner in the swedish "Dancing with the Stars".
Felix Sandman also took part in Melfest 2017, together with the band FO&O, where they got pre-last with "Gotta Thing About You".
Méndez has competed twice before, 2002 with "Adrenaline" which came 2nd in the final, and 2003 with "Carnaval" which failed in the second chance round.
Sources has been told that Méndez's song has a big latino influence to it, mostly a influence thanks to the (unfortunate) mega hit "Despacito".

Kikki Danielsson and Martin Almgren are ready for Melfest 2018!
Nöjesbladet can reveal that more sources has provided them more singers for the next upcoming Melfest.
These two are Kikki Danielsson and Martin Almgren.
Kikki Danielsson is one of the biggest Melfest veterans ever, competing nine times before (2018 being her 10th attempt).
She also won the competition twice, in 1982, as part of the band Chips, and in 1985.
Sources reveal that she is going with a ~country~ style song for her 2018 attempt.
Martin Almgren is not visually known in the Eurovision community, but he is known as being the winner of Swedish Idol 2015, being Lisa Ajax's successor.
No big info has been revealed about Martin's song.
This adds the rumour counter up to 12. |
