thought I'd include a space between all "groups" to make it more clearly arranged. I'll continue it that way if that's how it's preferred. I'm pretty sure there're a few mistakes btw. Like always there's also a bit of "additional information" : It's the first time that a debuting country is on top of my table. This time there were 20 different entries to have received at least 1x 12 points which is +1 compared to last edition. The ones who didn't get any 12 are Cyprus, Hungary, Indonesia, Latvia, Spain and Taiwan which also made up the bottom 5 (excluding Latvia who finished 18th). However they all got at least 1x 8 points ( from and , from , flagyprus from , from ) or even 10 points ( from and from )

^ If I may add something to it: Tbh. just this morning I thought about doing that as well (but as Peter is doing that already I thought it could just start an unpleasant trend). There's also the other side of the coin - firstly,I do it, because I don't get many votes (10-11 max isn't a lot when there are 50+ participants), which frustrates me, because I know that it's not so hard to spend a few minutes to vote for a few songs (most of the users are listening to their favorite music in their spare time anyway, so why not listen to the few NF songs instead for a couple of minutes? Some of those users spend a lot of time in forums anyway). The other side of the coin is - if many of us would vote only in those NF's, who's hosts have voted in yours - it wouldn't make a trend, but it might make people start to think about all this thing, that maybe they should vote in other NF's as well, to receive more votes, because that would be the only way to get them. It might feel unpleasant at first, but in the end everyone would be a winner I don't know if I'm right, but atm it seems like there are people that vote only in specific NF's (because they like the country or the user or maybe some other reason), while others don't get the same appreciation (the same goes for those few block-voters in the contest itself). I think voting is a way to show respect - if you respect me, I'll respect you! That's how it works

I really couldn't agree more with that. Thanks for stating it as well. Luckily I can't count myself in that category, even though I vote in specific NF's - but that's not because of any of the reasons others might do it for - my specific NF's are the one's that are from users that have supported my NF's as well. There are a few users that support my NF every time, while there are also the ones that support from time to time. If I see someone supporting me at least once, I'll make sure to do that for him/her at least once as well The more the merrier That doesn't go for the contest itself though, because that's a different thing - I don't have to give points to someone who voted in my NF (and neither others have to vote for me because of that)... In the main contest I don't care about the country or user - the song is what matters. If I'd make a list of my votes (only in finals though) in all editions I participated in, you'd see the variety of countries I've given points to. Obviously some countries got more points, because they are more regular finalists (and some have participated in more editions than others), but the average points per final would be I think quite close...
