Welcome to the allocation draw thread of  Festival of Miracles #29 at Swansea!

Here you can find anything related to the semi-finals voting and about the running order of performances

First of all, I need to make a correction: in my last post I mentioned there were a total of 48 countries participating, however apparently there was a mistake when I counted all the participants, the actual number is 49 participants!

Now we can continue, and as usual first we need to see where each AQ will vote and how many countries there will be in each semi:

• FIRST semi-final is going to have 22 countries, where Vietnam and England vote here.
  
  
• SECOND semi-final is going to have 22 countries, here Albania and Italy will also vote.

• The WINNER  WALES will vote in both semi-finals! We decided to go back to this little tradition once again.

Then we proceed to the semi-final's pots. These were mostly decided by their geographic location.
