I really like the studio version although the song is pretty outdated

but god he was totally out of tune today and I really hope he will work on his vocals

I have mixed feelings about this song. I like how epic sounds at some point and tbh, I liked the staging (I know it's just a fucking light suit). But I think it could be better, that's all.

The song is edgy, and I love the staging. Bring that light suit to Lisbon pls. His live performance though. Why? With tremendously better vocals, I would've 12'd it, but he sounds like an old man. His live vocals just ruin it massively for me. With a better voice, this could have been one of my potential favorites, but instead, I got massively turned off. Bleh. The staging is fantastic, but considering what the stage in Lisbon will be, its chances might be hurt. You can stay in the semi-finals, and I wouldn't mind.

I may see a trend of countries bringing their own LED screens to compensate for the lack of it in this year's stage. Belarus might need that.

the song itself isn't really good, but it isn't awful either, it's just..average his English is so annoying tho and his vocals weren't the best either and that doesn't make the song better so

I really like this song. His vocals were not really good last night, but I am sure he will be a lot better in may. I prefer the Russian version tho.

However Fact is:
a) He really needs to improve his live vocals, but that's of course done.
b) I've no idea where it'll end up in my final top. However it may rise into my favourites. And even more as Belarus seems to have suddenly become a favourite Eurovision country of mine since there are only 3 Belarusian entries this decade I dislike (with 2 being the difference at some point).

"Forever" is a very melodramatic ballad, with an explosive chorus and a lot of LED's apparently. It also pretty much puts as on the central stage the love between the two, one which seems pretty impossible, despite the fact that the boy (or our singer in this case) desires the girl's unconditional love.

My point of view regarding this song?
(and oh boy, it actually was a pain to make a general description in the general qualities on this one...)

Belarus became pretty recently among some of my favorites in Eurovision, and I was quite pleasantly surprised by their acts since 2014. Before, I didn't really cared much about them or usually forgot that they even existed in the respective year because they sent a couple few songs which weren't even memorable.

Which brings us to.... this thing.
When it was hard to point out the actual, general qualities of a song, you know it won't be a good ranting. So this song... gets worse by each and every listen and in all honesty literally everything seems so off and weirdly placed there. The first version at least was tolerable, but after so many revamps & keys being changed + the language swap into English (whoever actually suggested him to sing in English, I hope that flop is fired. No, seriously.) reveal more the flaws rather than the qualities. Also that serial killer/obsessed person video.... yeah no thanks, I'll pass.

Belarus, you went so so well in the past 3 years or so. Why the hell you want to force me to put you so low now? Honestly this is my biggest letdown this year, alongside Czechia. Good they both swing on the same way, dead last in my top.
