Romania 2018 • The Humans - "Goodbye"

I barely had any hopes of having a song that I would really like in this selection, except "Me som romales", but there was no way he was winning anyways.
That was until The Humans won, and I gave the song a listen, and tbh, I actually like it, damn.

Christina has quite the voice in this song, very much fitting as well, and as for the music, it's very inspiring and uplifting, and it's very appreciated. Very beautifully made.
I lowkey get a bit annoyed by the sudden end of the song, as it feels like they just ran out of time and rushed it, but eh, I can grow into it.
Otherwise, I don't have that many comments on this song, except that they sure have the material for it to work as a good song.
Whether this will work with the eurofans is another question, but this could still survive the bunch in semi 2, but idk.
At least we won't get the mess that is "Walking on Water" oops.

it's nice to see Romania go with a genre that they haven't really used much before.
However the song just goes on and on for me

It's actually not that bad, but also not the best. I find it quite beautiful now.

However her voice deserves a better song imo.
