REYKJAVÍK!
We are hours away from finding out the winner of Söngvakeppnin Sjónvarpsins #23 and the eventual Icelandic representative in North Vision Song Contest #23, to be held in 
Sweden.
21 countries cast their vote. I must give a huge thank you to the following:
Before we start, let's have a little recap on our 8 participating acts.
How will the results be presented?
Iceland has 8 regions.
The regions are: (by number on the map)
1. Höfuðborgarsvæði (Capital region) (3)
2. Suðurnes (3)
3. Vesturland (3)
4. Vestfirðir (3)
5. Norðurland Vesta (2)
6. Norðurland eystra (2)
7. Austurland (2)
8. Suðurland (3)
The 21 countries were divided into the 8 regions and this is how the results will be presented. Each region will give it's points to the 7 songs and how their points are made up are from the countries that voted. Obviously, we don't have an even number of voters for 8 groups, so the amount of voters per region has been listed above in brackets.
What countries represent each region? Well, I gave each country a random number between 1-21 and paired them that way, so it is completely random.
