UK was free? That rarely happens in any contest in general. It had been reserved for 2 editions for the previous player as they had been with us since Edition #1. However, despite our messages to them and everything, they hadn't really given us any sign of interest and their inactivity lead us to marking the United Kingdom as free  . |

She is legitimate to sing this because of her Italian roots, but it's a pity we won't have the original version in Retro WWWSC.  It's not a cover there is only 1 line the same. I know this because I have translated both of the lyrics, so I can tell you its not a cover. The lyrics are completely different. This is not only some lyrics, but also the music. I haven't recognised it first, but when I heard "Come fosse una bambola", that instantly made me think about Patty Pravo. Unfortunately, even partial covers can make us lose songs for the Retro contest. I discovered it when  made me lose a song last edition... |
