Shilpa Narayan is a pop/R&B singer-songwriter based in New York City. Shilpa was born in Atlanta, Georgia. But, later on moved to New York. Oklahoma City, OK - The confirmations for the 16th USAVision Song Contest closed several days ago. Today the remaining entries and the Support Banners for this edition can be revealed. 12 States will compete this edition. Because we have several players that participate with 2 or 3 States, this edition these players can vote for their other state. You cannot give yourself however! These players will also have to send 2 or 3 Sets of Votes respectively.
