Well, in the end The Weeknd stayed on top for 13 weeks. Now we have a new one.

Capital Bra & Loredana - Nicht verdient

A few fun facts about this:
1. It's the only third song that has reached #1 this year so far (and probably the fourth one will be next week) and the first one that was actually released in 2020.
2. It's the first song by a Swiss artist (at least partly) to reach #1 since Luca Hänni almost a year ago.
3. It's the already 7th #1 for Capital Bra in the Swiss charts (not to be compared to Germany / Austria ofc). Since the record is at 9 #1s so far it's very likely that we'll get a new record holder within the next few months.
4. Loredana may have just reached her 9th top 4, but it's also her first #1.
5. It's the first song in German to reach #1 since Tilidin by Capital Bra & Samra in June 2019. Leaving the hip hop songs aside the last one would've been Deutschland by Rammstein in April 2019.
Just for the record we (traditionally) hardly ever have any songs in German (or German artists in general) going to #1 - except these hip hop songs. If we're leaving the previously mentioned song by Rammstein aside as well it'd be almost 4.5 years ago.
