Well yeah obvs. That's just how I see it, but I actually find it quite realistic. However I'd have a laugh out if they'd be much more successful than San Marino. At least San Marino will stop with the excuse "Eurovision is not for small countries like us" I hope that when both San Marino and Liechtenstein somehow qualify to the final, it may convince Luxembourg (and maybe Andorra and Monaco) to return.

Logistically speaking,
If it was to be held in Tel Aviv then Europe has better access to Ben Gurion International Airport (TLV) because its served from a lot of European cities, as for example
El Al - the national airline of Israel, serves from (after looking on their website/researching) -
Amsterdam, Athens, Berlin–Schönefeld, Brussels, Bucharest, Budapest, Frankfurt, Geneva, Kiev–Boryspil, Larnaca, London–Heathrow, London–Luton, Madrid, Marseille, Milan–Malpensa, Moscow–Domodedovo, Munich, Paris–Charles de Gaulle, Prague, Rome–Fiumicino, Sofia, Venice, Vienna, Warsaw–Chopin & Zürich

The airport is outside of Tel Aviv, and according to Google Maps the distance between the airport to Tel Aviv is 23 minutes. While from the airport to Jerusalem 43 minutes, so it's not really critical. I think that Tel Aviv has many more other better reasons than this 20 minute difference of the cities from the airport. But well, our ministry is always trying to prove something, let's hope they fail this time.

First Robbie Williams and now James Blunt Wtf is happening? JOWST ( 2017) has already sent three potential ESC songs to some British artists as well and Ed Sheeran also said that he'd like to write an entry for the UK... this is too much for me Sorry, but to me it starts to look like a joke now...
Btw. when UK confirmed their participation, can someone please move these posts in the new thread?
