For the first time in WC history:  Brazil,  Germany and  Argentina haven't got to the semis. (there was always at least one of them - last time all 3 were in semis). Also an interesting fact - last 6  French shots on goal in this tournament have ended up as goals scored.  Belgium will have to be careful  |

Now  Croatia vs  Russia aka my #1 vs #2 pf the remaining ones.  However based on where I live I hope that Croatia wins otherwise no one here will still care about the tournament lol. Edit: Lol I just went to a public viewing in Zurich (not to watch the match, but only for the people there and took the next train back to the main station). And I must say that I've seen not a single Russian fan.  I mean I may have seen only like 150 people, but still.
I must say that there's a big advantage living in a country where basically everyone is rooting for one of the teams competing. I don't need to watch it, but will still know very soon who won. I mean if it's going to be loud in about 20 minutes ('cause cars) (well maybe it's a bit longer lol) then Croatia won and if it stays silent then Russia did. |

Only  , which most likely means I'll lose some more positions, because I suspect everyone else guessed the same winners and got at least the same ... Now I definitely know that I'm out of the title fight, as there's only 28 pts max to get (but let's be realistic - no one will get all 28)... |

I don't think it'll be like that, but looking at yesterday's ranking it looks like that'll be one of the biggest jumps we've had.  |
