For the third consecutive time as AQ, Canada flopped last edition. As
a result, the country will send a song fully in French for the first time
since #46. With that being said, Marie-Mai will sing her single Empire.
The song was heavily considered to be sent for the the past 2 editions.

We would like to thank you for being so quick with submitting your entries! (we really hope that you will be that fast when it comes to voting as well).

As you can probably see on the very first post of this thread, 54 countries have submitted an entry and are expected to participate. This means there are only 2 spots left; in case 3 or more countries submit for this edition, we will have to host a Pre-Qualification Round.

The only country which took part last edition but has not submitted an entry yet, neither have they let us know about whether they want to take part this edition, is Russia Anton . This is also the only country that we expect to receive an entry from. Since the deadline is quite far away and it is rather pointless to keep on waiting for just 1 person, we have therefore decided to change the submissions deadline.

New Deadline: Saturday, 4th of August (TOMORROW).

By Saturday midnight CET, you may as well make sure to have updated your timeslots if you've set them "TBD" or whatsoever (otherwise we will just pick something ourselves). Moreover,  Dylan , I expect an image for your artist.

My suggestion is finally being used in WWWSC for the first time.
I have suggested another song from Away Days, a great post-rock/shoegaze band from Turkey. Nevertheless, I have an appro for this song as well, hope it does great.
Kochari is a famous dance in the culture of Caucasus/Middle Eastern countries. In Azerbaijan, we call it "Köçəri" (translation: nomadic) and apart from that, its specific version named "Yallı", inherent to our culture, is more famous here, especially in our Nakchivan Autonomous Republic.
