The grand final has officially ended in  The Philippines.

6 countries have failed to vote and therefore will receive a strike and will be banned from next edition.
If  or  are in the top 6 they will open for anyone to take.

If you use the same format that last edition for announcing the results, could you use Sibel Kekilli as the German spokesperson? I feel it more logical if the host of the national selection is re-used...
