I didn't think you would launch a confirmation thread where countries are first come first served without tagging anybody. I wanted to confirm with USA and since they are already taken, I would like to confirm with US Virgin Islands. If my song is not allowed to compete, my alternative country will be Spain under the conditions I explained by PM.

US Virgin Islands has the same borrowing rules in MSC and JMSC so i hope it is a USA singer with Caribbean links if they are not a native singer.

If the rules are the same than in Mysterious Song Contest, there is absolutely no way that I can use this song for US Virgin Islands. I'm very disappointed by this situation because I would have confirmed immediately with United States if the thread had been opened with a taglist. I had been waiting for this opportunity for months (since the day the song was released). You can hardly imagine how frustrated I am by this situation.

So I have to come to my second choice Spain but still under the conditions I explained by PM.

Damn. I had been waiting for the opportunity to send this song since the day it was released. And I wasn't able to confirm with just because there wasn't any taglist when the confirmation thread was created. Obviously, I won't send any entry against the one I wanted SO MUCH to send myself. That's not your fault. I'm just upset by the fact that I was online and ready to confirm yesterday, if only I had been tagged.
