Turn it Off - Joël Heyard feat. Ben Nilles
The eighth act to be revealed is the first and only returning NVSC act of the selection. Known for giving  Luxembourg it's worst ever last-place score in the semi-finals, Joël Heyard would like to make up for the result with his infectious new electropop single featuring Ben Nilles' vocals. Is it enough?

-Blue Dressed Man: The boy has one of the best voices I've heard ... I do not like songs without lyrics.
-Westbam ft. Brian Molko: I love it, with this song Luxembourg could get a good result.
-PACK: I do not know ... I'm not convinced.
-When 'Airy Met Fairy: I quite like it.
-Christobal and the Sea: Interesting proposal, I like it a lot, although maybe it does not appeal to people.
-The Criime: I do not like songs without lyrics.
-EDSUN: WINNER !!! I love.
-Turn it Off: I also love it, very good selection.
