Reminder:Today's the deadline in the Second Chance Round (27th of January), if you haven't voted yet and want to support your favorites, you can still do so 
Voting is optional for all players, just the 10 SCR countries cannot vote. The Top 3 qualifies to the grand final.
Sorry for tagging everyone, I currently don't have the list of who has voted and who hasn't. If I'm right, around 15 people have voted so far.

 I'm a little disappointed about being eliminated directly, but guess you have to take what you get.  I'm not sure what to think about the 1st semis result. On one hand I voted for 6/7 finalists, but then again it's pretty easy since there are only 16 songs. Anyway I'm happy with  Slovakia,  Greece,  Taiwan (which I really didn't expect go on) and  Mexico. And from the second chance round entries I'm happy for all of them although they're all underrated imo. The non-qualifiers are all (expect  Canada) expected and therefore not too surprising. Like the previous editions I wasn't really following the other semis so I can't say a lot, but what I can I'm leaving here: Semi 2: I'm happy with  Italy,  Germany and  the Netherlands while the only overrated one imo (but very expected) is  USA. I mainly don't mind the others (tho  France is a bit surprising). Plus I'm surprised that  Romania is suddenly doing so well when it was previously hardly ever qualifying.  Semi 3: I like seeing  UK (which was very expected btw.),  Lithuania and  Poland qualifying while the others are all either overrated or I just don't mind them. The second chance round countries aren't too much for me. And I just voted in (a this time rather disappointing) wildcard round). From the proud HoD of USA, I would kindly ask you to get some taste. Didn't expect the top3 to be so close by points... For me the only surprising qualifier is Samoa (in a positive way). Sweden (expected) and myself (hoped for). Congratz to all 3 of us The first hurdle for me has been crossed (these 2 finally made it in the final). Let's hope it doesn't fail in the final |

Reacting to the small "fight" here, I'll say what one of my university pedagogy profesors said: He said: "You always have to accept everyone's opinion ( because everyone has rights to have one, and it doesn't matter how good or bad, right or wrong it is), but you don't always have to agree with it. If you don't agree with it, just don't say it out loud ( unless it's really necessary) so you don't make things worse! Accept his/her opinion and move on." He said it about teacher and student relationships in the class, but you can refer this to any relationships... |
