WWW Song Contest #70

There are 20+ latvian artists, that have failed to reach the final. All of them would deserve this 2nd chance, but there's only 1 chance and it's not easy to unite that many artists in 1 song. So I tried to look for an option with as many of these "failed" artists as possible, and I found what I was looking for.

Which artists have I selected?

Reinis Sējāns is a member of band Instrumenti (and ex-member of Cosmos), that failed to reach the final in 26th edition with their song "Peace". Intars Busulis hasn't been selected to represent Latvia so far, but has failed multiple times to win NF's, so now he get's his chance to represent us. Another one who get's this 2nd chance is Markus Riva, who failed to qualify for the final in 45th edition in a duet with Ralfs Eilands with their song "We Dance 4 Reason". Markus Riva hasn't even had the luck to win Supernova - 4 years in a row now. Can he do it in 5th time? We'll see in about a week. But enough about Supernova.

For special editions I'm not always trying to find song that could win, because for me it's a chance to use something more unusual. So this time I selected this trio. The reason why they have a song together is because 2 of them are jury members in latvian X Factor, while Markus is the host of the show! In mid december the 2nd season of the show finished. As it's now a tradition of latvian X Factor, 2 of the jury members make a funny song (related to X Factor) and perform it at the end of the final. This time Markus joined them in an unusual role (what kind you can see in the video). This kind of is a joke entry, so my expectations aren't very high, but as i said - special editions for me are not about results!

Oh, and yes - even though there is studio version on Spotify, I'd like to use this live version (YT video) which imo is good enough to use! I hope you'll enjoy it!

I guess the theme was pretty clear. You are supposed to send entries from artists who have previously failed to qualify; you are obviously not meant to send the same entries again. The song has already participated in #65 and thus cannot participate again. Please change your entry if you want to participate.
