my ideal song contests schedule as a Eurovision fan

Hello and welcome back.

This time I would like to show you my ideal schedule as a Eurovision fan. Currently, there are only two shows to watch, Eurovision and Junior Eurovision. because of this, many of you as Eurovision fans suffer or had suffered from Post Eurovision Depression. of course, watching past ESC and JESC shows will cure it a bit. probably when you are already bored, you may think, "is there any other way to cure my PED?" (doing online contests and watching national finals are other things, we don't talk about them here). Well, for now there are no other contests to watch (except for the national finals) that have similar vibes to ESC and JESC. What contests to watch, to fill the 10-month emptiness? well, this might help you later in the future.


and I hope all these contests will have 90++% format similarities to ESC's and JESC's, with the exception of this:

each contest is indeed once a year (Eurovision in May, JESC in November, Asiavision in September, and so on).

but the format and the voting procedure should be similar to Eurovision's.

I really wish there was something like Eurovision for the American continent, an ‘Americavision’ for example.

but it should involve all sovereign countries of the Americas, from Canada to the U.S. to Jamaica to Panama to Brazil to Argentina. and the format should be 90++% similar to Eurovision's.

I have thought about the possibility but I wouldn't probably be as big as Eurovision like semi-finals cause many countries like thinking realistic won't be able to participate cause they are either too small, poor or the country actual situation like Ecuador, Nicaragua, Venezuela for example would make it difficult to participate

like Eurovision, all those countries should be invited (by NABA, CBU, and OTI in case of Amer[o/ica]vision), but each country can either accept or reject.

Since there are just 35 sovereign states on the American continent, what if territories were allowed to take part too in this hypothetical contest? 🤔
