Greece has this fuckin' crises!  Pretty soon,  we will be right with you! Especially if the EU economy continues to go south. Your economy depends on ours just likes ours does on yours. So basically, if one of our economies hits the "this-is-it-nothing-can-be-done" point, we're all screwed. |

Things that annoy me about my country! 1- Our media SUCKS! They are so annoying 2- Our economy is awful! 3- Twinkies are going out of business  Thanks a lot Obama! 4- The state of New Jersey! ( I hate this state so much that I signed a petition for New Jersey to secede from the union. FUCK YOU NEW JERSEY! 5- How Spanish is becoming a second language. This annoys me because it's my own country. If I was in Spain, I would learn Spanish but, no one wants to learn English which is annoying. 6- How people in think the government should give them everything. Work for a day! 7- American schools don't teach a second language until 9th grade Other than these things, I love my country and I'd never want to live anywhere else! |

One more thing, the  Philippines is so dependent to the USA and other powerful countries. People are dying to go to the US, Oz and in Europe 'cause they don't think they'll progress here in their own country. Our nurses, maids/domestic helpers, chefs, teachers and manpower have all gone to the ,  ,  ,  ,  ,  ,  ,  leaving with a few dedicated team. Well, I can't blame them 'cause the gov't. still lacks in action. They're doing something but it ain't enough to suffice jobs for the hundreds of thousands of unemployed people here (including me ). |

I hate that practically here they corrupt every day someone, it's clearly busted my medias but the parlamentars don't care, they continue to gain a vote for money...

 rant Something I hate and have seen a lot of in my city is when you get racist people saying to non-British natives or even possibly tourists "you're in my country now, speak English you (insert racist term here)" when in recent studies it was shown that 95 % of the UK are monolingual ... ... So all the times i've been to Spain, I've seen British people half-drunk and standing shouting one word at a time "DO. YOU. KNOW. WHERE. THE. TOILETS. ARE. PLEEEEEEEEEEEASE?" - so everytime I start a conversation with a Spanish native, they find it hard to believe i'm British ... I can't stand the BNP, Conservatives or LibDems and to be brutally honest, the labour party aren't far behind. I can't stand how bullying isn't looked at in schools in the UK so much so that there are people as young as 5 years old developing anorexia and children as young as 7 who have committed suicide ... that just disgusts me I can't stand how some people of my generation and the younger ones on here like Shane and Gary will probably know is how some of the people of our ages can be so rude and vile, thinking that tormenting people and causing trouble is something amazing? I can't stand how people get randomly attacked like a young girl who was punched in the back of her head this week in London and left unconscious while her attacker (a man) ran off - unlucky for him it was all on CCTV I couldn't stand the riots - people of my age saying " I don't have anything " - YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT TRYING!!! THAT'S WHY!!! I can't stand people who swindle the benefits system and don't deserve help whereas people like my own sister who physically can't work as she has dilated cardiomyopathy and has had a stroke in January this year - she gets treat like cattle - being made to have "check ups" done - where you have these so called "injured" people getting money when really they're out getting drunk because they're actually isn't anything wrong with them ... I can't stand how people are so vain in our country and are depending upon their looks to get them things ... EDUCATION IS MORE IMPORTANT! ... I can't stand people on the Jeremy Kyle show ... I can't stand Jeremy Kyle I can't stand people who judge the entire North of England as being " poor, cheap, fat, ugly, unemployed commoners" - I live in Newcastle-upon-Tyne - one of the most so-called "commoner ridden" cities in the UK and I have a degree, a teaching certificate and my house is not what they show on BBC documentaries thank you. I can't stand children who swear ... I even get annoyed at myself if I swear I can't stand the fact that we had/still have wars in Iraq and Afghanistan - PEOPLE ARE LOSING THEIR CHILDREN FOR NO REASON BECAUSE ALL THE GOVERNMENT REALLY WANTED WAS OIL! - SIMPLE AS. I can't stand charvs (chavs) - they spit, swear, violent, tuck their tracksuit bottoms into their socks, wear caps that are practically falling off their heads ... I can't stand uneducated people in the country, people who (when witnessed on TV) don't even know what the capitals of Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland are ... SERIOUSLY?!? |

Even some non-Europeans (like me) know the capitals of those countries. Anything else, I do agree on everything that you've said. Media are so powerful and manipulative, people (most esp. youngsters) have changed over the years and pressure among kids have grown dramatically. I don't know about your government there but I certainly feel the same way about yours in my own country. |
