Just yesterday evening I posted in the thread of the edition #80 that I'm already having 4 entries lol. First off is the one song I think to have been released first and been on my mind ever since. May I give to you: Maryne - OverdoseMaryne (born Marie Kaltenbacher) is a 23 year old singer from Lausanne. She's working as a teacher, but I remember that she once said as soon as she wouldn't 't have time to sing anymore, she'd immediately quit her job. Marie's been singing for many years already. Besides that however, she was also doing martial arts on a very high level. At the age of 17 she then decided to give advantage to music. So far she has 2 own singles which are both on a very international level. Also I don't know about others, but in Overdose I actually hear inspirations from Billie Eilish, Ellie Goulding and Halsey. Fun fact: Marie is the younger sister of Bastian Baker, who I've never submitted through all these years. Another fun fact (rather a tragic one, however): This is the first time since edition #51 (or almost 4 years ) that in 2 consecutive editions my entries are sang by a girl.

The next Slovenian entry will be an upbeat song performed by David Amaro and produced by Minless. Minless is a DJ and a producer for over a decade. His given name is Mitja Novak and comes from Šentjur. He collaborated with Gaja Prestor and Sara Lamprečnik in the past. David Amaro is his latest collaboration. David Amaro, born David Dekić, comes from Bled. Under his artist name David Grom he recorded three music videos, two of them as a child singer. He performed under this name until 2012. In the same year, he moved to Manchester, where he changed his name (due to legal issues with the label). In the UK, he sang in a gospel choir (they won a Gospel Choir competition in 2016). He was invited to the show Your Face Sounds Familiar in 2019 where he became one of the most loved participants. This also resulted in him being the second most searched musician in Slovenia behind Madonna. He also became a voice for LGBT people after he came out in the third episode of the show. Minless & David Amaro - Free MindsTime slot from 2:37 on, please. MinlessDavid AmaroFun fact: David went to the same High School as me and we interacted once (nothing special tho, lol).

Oh wow. I absolutely wasn't expecting that from you. It may be a bit too late tho... What do you mean by "too late"? If you mean that the songs is kinda overused, then, please, answer this - when was it "too late" for an overused song to do well? in contests I take part in I haven't really seen "too late" songs doing bad (with very few exceptions)
