IT'S ASTRID IN AVANTGARDEN FOR SLOVENIA



Astrid in Avantgarden is a Slovenian group, consisting of members Astrid Kljun, Janez Hace and Martin Štibernik.
The group was formed back in 2017, and the members have been working together to create unique styles of music.
Their first released track, "Coconut", was released as late as September of 2019.
Their second track, "Sing to Me", was released several months later in January of 2020, which lead up to a bigger following of their music.
With their inclusion in the Northvision Song Contest, their third song was released just a few weeks ago,
which also happens to be their entry for the 33rd Northvision Song Contest, namely...

The warning percentage might be different (higher or lower) than the one indicated in the rules, depending on the situation.

In a declared case of cheating, the user will be forced to withdraw in that respective edition, added to the given warning.

Out of curiosity, where are these rules being cited from? I couldn't find them anywhere when I used 'Search'.

You can also read rules F.2.1 and F.2.10 that I'm using for my defence:

National selections are local music festivals organised by the national broadcasters within the various participating countries used to select a representative for the contest. Each broadcaster is free to select the hosting format - there’s no limit on the number of songs, number of rounds/stages or on the voting system.

The winner of a national selection has the right but no obligation to represent the country in the competition. The broadcaster has the freedom to choose the final entrant that is representing their country.

I won't make further comments until I have an official answer about my appeal of that decision.
