IT'S ASTRID IN AVANTGARDEN FOR SLOVENIA
Astrid in Avantgarden is a Slovenian group, consisting of members Astrid Kljun, Janez Hace and Martin Štibernik. The group was formed back in 2017, and the members have been working together to create unique styles of music. Their first released track, "Coconut", was released as late as September of 2019. Their second track, "Sing to Me", was released several months later in January of 2020, which lead up to a bigger following of their music. With their inclusion in the Northvision Song Contest, their third song was released just a few weeks ago, which also happens to be their entry for the 33rd Northvision Song Contest, namely...
"ČRNO PERO" (Black Feather)
(m/l: Astrid Kljun, Janez Hace, Martin Štibernik)
[timeslot: 2:39+]
We wish the very best of luck to Astrid and the group with their journey through the Northvision Song Contest!

Out of curiosity, where are these rules being cited from? I couldn't find them anywhere when I used 'Search'.

You can also read rules F.2.1 and F.2.10 that I'm using for my defence: I won't make further comments until I have an official answer about my appeal of that decision.
