Meridians speak Everish and Mishkin (this is a conlang I made up, no inspirations), also spoken and taught as second languages are Lakadamian, Eldancan, Ninelise, Demacian and Glaraian.

The Meridian "English accent" is essentially half Quebecois, half South African, or Lakadamian Julianoise and Fyoric in Fantasian speak (I think).

Hello everyone, before starting everything with this post, I am just informing that a few languages were either name changed, or added on the first post of this thread. If you think a language is missing, feel free to inform me so I can add it as soon as possible.

And secondly, as you may also have noticed, while going to the first post of said thread, the Mixed languages category has been reducted, and this, for a fair reason: Most of the mixed languages were removed and/or changed.

The decision behind this is to make our language list to be as realist as possible, therefore, we decided to remove all languages that we deemed as not realistic (example: a language mixing French, Turkish and Japanese), and kept the ones we believed to be a realist mix, of course, we are no language expert here, and we might have done some mistakes, so feel free to inform and help us on this.

All of these changes were discussed with the concerned countries, and their languages were therefore changed due to that.

Thirdly, we want to express a certain point that we noticed with the rest of the council: Adding new languages to your country.
For this, all of the language change must be asked to the council, and only after, we will either approve or decline the change.
For asking for either a new language addition and for a language change, we are asking a reason for doing so, and we are also asking for a roleplay post to validate such change within your country. Recent changes and good example are Ermy and Suuher.

All change that were not approved by the council will simply be ignored, and in case the languages are used for the contest, they will be considered as a foreign language, and falling into the "foreign language rule" of the language rule.

If my country makes the map (which will probably be soon, I hope), I'm making a change to the native language. Mishkin will no longer be a completely made up language, I'm now taking inspiration from Arabic and French. Yes, I know, my country hasn't been confirmed but I want to let everyone know in advance.

I just found out that Meridia has been added to the map. So I'm going to actually confirm that my country's native languages are Everish (English) and Mishkin (a mix of Arabic, Irish and Luxembourgish) However, I haven't confirmed my flag to the Reference Board.......yet.

Hello, it's likely been a year. I have stayed off the forums until today (November 17)

Anyways, I have finally decided my country's secondary language (Mishkin) is completely made up, with inspiration from English, Irish and Luxembourgish. We still speak Everish (English) as always
