Predictions are always hard, but here's a quick one:
SF1:
SF2:
SF3:

Have we ever had so many male acts in a semi-final or edition before? There are also many (male) duets  There's only one girl group and one female soloist  (Talking about SF3)

So that was a 15/21 prediction with 3 of them landing in SCR. Not bad. I was thinking of switching some, but I would have switched with the wrong countries anyway ;;

Who I lost directly:
SF1: how did this not even make the top 10 (3 in SCR)
SF2: a risky choice, I only liked the second part of the recap; I thougt this would easily qualify over for example. (3 in SCR)
SF3: risky and a bit too messy for more from me; this had too many sounds and not enough singing; didn't expect this to struggle (1 in SCR)

The results got progressively worse from SF1 to SF3 lol.

Out! I mean I can't say that I'm surprised about this in any way and therefore not exactly sad or disappointed either. I'm just happy to have finally given this song a chance and I'd like to thank everybody (or at least Jasna if she's the only one) for their points.


The rest of the results of the second semi final are quite good as well imo. My top 5 qualified directly to the final. And in the second half I voted for 3 / 4 qualifiers to the Wildcard round. Iceland who received and Romania also made it to my top 10, but in both cases I'm not quite missing them.
As for the finalists I'm not quite sure on what to think about Poland whereas I'm positively surprised that Singapore managed to sneak in somehow as well as the fact that I'm apparently not the only one to like Chile's entry lol. On the downside I'm shocked that Turkey didn't make it to the final yet and find the Netherlands already the most overrated of the edition ... :/

Also btw. this was my prediction a few hours ago:

Semi final 1 went similar for me with 6 / 7 qualifiers in my top 8. Just like I previously mentioned this semi final saw me liking basically everyone taking part and therefore there aren't any songs that are overrated so far. The only one I'm disappointed for not having made it to the final directly is Greece. Also I'm sorry for that, but imo most of the non-qualifiers are deserved.


Semi final 1 also saw me predicting this - scoring 5 / 7.

And last, but not least Semi final 3:
This is the one I'm the most disappointed about the outcome with many songs from my top 10 not qualifying to the final (yet). Also I'm not quite in favour of Taiwan and the Czech Republic making it directly. Also I thought Australia and Latvia were obvious finalists.

It's apparently also the semi final I had the least correct lol with only 4 / 7.

Yes!! Thank you all for another final for Ukraine!  I sent this pop song as it is the debut for Nadia, who is starting a solo career. Despite the popularity and many views, the song was criticized by many... I decided to check how bad it was. I also congratulate the finalists, and for my 12 points, I will vote in the 2nd Chance Round!
