Edenbridge - "On The Other Side"Timeslot: possibly 1:41+/1:49+
Edenbridge is a symphonic metal group that has been active for more than 2 decades and now they finally get the chance to be part of a WWWSC competition. I especially like this song for its medieval sounds, and overall I found it a pretty fitting choice for an edition in Finland

"Noise" (shum) is an ancient spring folk dance a game in which pairs of young people become a semicircle and begin to "braid noise": one pair of dancers makes a "gate" out of their hands,
through which the other couples run. When the last pair runs, the pair who created the "gate" changes hands, changing the direction of movement of the other pairs, "unwinding the noise",
while speeding up the dance after each weaving and unwinding. The song that is sung during the dance is called "vesnyanka", that is, it is a song of the call of spring and warmth.
Besides the already known all of the sopilka, in this track you can hear the sound of drimba. 25 frame - do not bend the stick, do not overdo it (most likely).
