Unfortunately, Senegal and Suriname failed to submit a valid entry after almost two months, however italix specifically asked to take Senegal in case the player didnt't submit anything, so they will take it instead

That means this edition we'll have 40 new nations

SENEGAL

I'm glad to be finally in since I had nothing that could be compared to the two songs I had in reserve for Senegal and didn't see myself confirming with a random country or doing random researches for dozens of countries. So I submitted my songs in case of. I'm going to introduce the one I chose to use for this edition.

Diouma is a French Senegalese singer. She was born in Paris 32 years ago but she moved to Senegal with her father at the age of 4 where she was raised by other relatives and came back to France when she was 17. Her career as a singer started thanks to a very original cover of L'Empire du Côté Obscur (one of the most known songs by the rap band IAM).



She will compete with a song called The Shadow in my Light from her first EP .
