 Oh wow!  That's exactly why I don't often come up with returning artists - and especially not the ones that were successful.  Btw. when I wrote something about "insecurities" etc. earlier I did that actually just because I didn't want to sound arrogant or smth for saying "Yeah, my entry is obviously (emphasis right here) going to qualify." (or similar). But now that it actually didn't I'm almost at a loss for words. Anyway, the results of both semis are good and I'm happy with almost all the finalists - whereas it looks like the Wildcard round includes mainly songs I already forgot and / or that didn't get me as much as others. From the other eliminated songs I'm missing (in Semi 2)  Latvia (how?  ) and  India (bye 2nd place of the edition ... :/) from Semi 2. On the other hand I can't say that  Slovakia (we had these kind of Slovakian entries already like 20 times and they all were gone at this point) nor  the Netherlands (too murmurous imo) nor  Iceland (probably too different from what Wwwsc tends to like - but out of the 3 probably it had the biggest chances on qualifying.) are surprisingly eliminated). And in Semi 1 all of the bottom 5 are unexpected. I wasn't expecting that fate for all  Taiwan,  Malaysia (both were probably too boring for an edition like that) and especially  Turkey. |

Thank you very much for the qualification for  Ukraine, it is doubly pleasant for rock music!  I'm going to support 2 songs from the first semi-final, which must be in the final, but I wish good luck to all 10 countries!  |

I was confident Azerbaijan's current entry would directly qualify from the Semi, which proved to be wrong to my disappointment. On the other hand, I predicted all top 4 entries of the SCR correctly (in no order), yet unfortunately myself had to be the one that was left out  Anyway, congratulations to all the qualifiers and thanks to everyone who voted for my entry. Let's hope next editions bring better luck for those who failed to qualify  |

Oh, it's over already? But okay in that case without my points lol. Congrats to the last 3 finalists! I somewhat agree with Belgium (that'd have probably been in my top 3 here) and USA qualifying whereas I've not the slightest memory about the Polish entry so that there's absolutely nothing I can say here lol. The full top 10 is okay imo and I only find Azerbaijan to be underrated. And although Malta was my 12 in the semi I'm not very disappointed about this outcome because it imo was never going to the final at all. |
