I'm really proud of myself, but this is my top 36 of Pesma za Evroviziju 22. Unlike most there NS I've decided to not leave a comment at all competing songs. Btw. I'm really bad at ranking songs so This isn't a set ranking, but rather a "who's ranked in which region of the list". Pesma za Evroviziju 221. Zorja Pajić - Zorja
A beautiful ballad with nice traditional elements. Btw. does the word Zorja have a special meaning (besides her name), is the song about herself or why is it named after the artist? 2. Rocher Etno Band - Hajde sad nek' svak peva
This was the approximately 20th song that I've listened here and I really wasn't expecting myself to like it, but surprisingly I did that - and I liked it a lot. It's a catchy song with also catchy singing although that's relatively annoying, imo. 3. Aca Lukas - Oskar
A good song with a memorable rhythm. Personally I'm not quite sure whether it suits his voice, though. 4. Marija Mikić - Ljubav me inspiriše
A good and modern ballad. Marija also has a beautiful voice, so there's not a lot to complain about. 5. Marija Mirković - Požuri, požuri
This is also a quite beautiful song. Btw. idk why, but it reminds me a lot of Maja Sar. 6. Angellina - Origami
I like this entry. And even more since it's a lot different from the other songs. 7. Mia - Blanko 8. Julijana Vincan - Istina i laži
This entry is quite different from many other competitors. And also Julijana has a special and unusual voice - that I first needed to get into, however. 9. Srđan Lazić - Tražim te
This is generally speaking a good and modern, yet somewhat unusual (to me at least) entry. Its length bothers me, however, since I feel like it'd have been better if it were a shorter song than what it actually is. 10. Jelena Pajić - Pogledi
Places 11 - 36: 11. Bojana Mašković - Dama 12. Ana Stanić - Put bez povratka 13. Dušan Svilar - Samo ne reci da voliš
He can definitely sing. And this song is beautiful and even manages to give me some Disney'y vibes. On the downside it's a bit boring. 14. Marko Nikolić - Dođi da te volim
A very beautiful ballad, but so boring. 15. Sara Jo - Muškarčina (Zabranjeno voće)
Yeah, I know. Ranking Sara only at #15 is probably controversial af here. I also like the beat in the background, but besides that there's not a lot going on here to put it higher. 16. Ivana Vladović & Jovana Stanimirović - Prijaće ti
A beautiful song, but still there's something that annoys me in this song. 17. Zejna Murkić - Nema te
Her song is not too bad, but neither very good to be honest. Also her voice sounds really good in the studio version so I hope for her that she can also sing like that live. 18. Orkestar Aleksandra Sofronijevića - Anđele moj 19. Zoe Kida - Bejbi 20. Vasco - Znaš li 21. uterpa - Nedostaješ 22. Gift - Haos 23. Igor Simić - Nisam ja
Igor surely can sing and in fact has a special voice, which I even somewhat dislike. If it weren't for it's grand chorus this entry would probably be something like the definition of underwhelming and unspectacular. 24. Tijana Dapčević - Ljubi, ljubi doveka 25. Gramophonedzie - Počinjem da ludim
This is a thing. First it begins really boring - making me almost skip, but then there's suddenly some modern beat and it becomes an at least okay song. I'm only using the word "okay" because it'd be a lot better if she had a different voice. 26. Lift - Drama 27. VIS Limunada - Pesma ljubavi 28. Biber - Dve godine i šes’ dana 29. Sanja Bogosavljević - Priđi mi 30. Naiva - Skidam 31. Chegi & Braća Bluz Band - "Devojko sa plamenom u očima 32. Konstrakta - In Corpore Sano 33. Bane Lalić & MVP - Tu gde je ljubav tu ne postoji mrak 34. Boris Subotić - Vrati mi
He surely can sing, but the song is quite boring. The last minute of it, however, is okay. 35. Julija - Brižna 36. Ivona Pantelić - Znam Overall, I'm disappointed by this NS. The almost only good thing about it, is that everything's sung in Serbian. On the other hand it's hard listening like 20 cheaply made songs - that are often forgettable - with some kind of traditional instruments playing in the back. And btw. why do I always have the feeling that nearly every balkan singer - counts for both male and female - has the same voice?

Sorry, but I can't give it more than . It's very catchy - especially in the chorus - but that's pretty much it. The overall song is also quite boring. I hope that score will increase because Serbia is actually a favourite Eurovision country of mine.

At first listen, I was so confused. My thoughts were provoked. Without even knowing the meaning of the song, the overall vibe of the live performance felt very cult-like. The woman as the leader and her disciples standing around her, with the towels on them looking like stoles that priests wear. Washing your hands as some kind of ritual. It's performance art and I love it. For the song itself: great beat, I love the nearly deadpan vocal. It's hypnotizing and an earworm. I'm cautiously giving this an 8 because so far in my opinion, this is the most "out there" song of this year, which makes it a standout, but not in the conventional way we are used to. It definitely piqued my interest, and it will certainly pique others' as well. However, will it turn into votes outside the ex-Yugoslav states and diaspora? I really have no idea how this will do because this feels unprecedented, but I like it.
