hey queen. unfortunately, the only evidence i've found of coely being gabonese is an uncited entry on wikipedia. as far as i'm aware, her parents are from the drc. please share something that proves that she is gabonese. until then, i'll have to reject this entry hi! unfortunately, i was recommended this song by a friend because i wasnt finding songs for gabon. on further reaserch, i discovered that both of he parents are from the drc, as u said before, so i will select a different song soon and give you connection proof. thank you so much for noticing that! the new song will be revealed really soon

(i know that being frustrated doesn't justify my actions). i would really appreciate from you to give me some recommendations for my country. (i didnt like any of the suggestions on the suggestion page) looking forward to the contest have a good night!

(i didnt like any of the suggestions on the suggestion page) looking forward to the contest have a good night! here's the thing electra, you joined the forum about 3 months ago, and this would be your third contest. you have thrown away any sort of a good first impression. another thing to note is that many of the other contest hosts on the forum compete in contests hosted by others (such as non, who hosts bmf. they compete as zimbabwe here. likewise, i compete in bmf as west indies japan). you say this won't ever happen again, but how am i to trust you after this? do i have to do massive, in depth research for all of the artists you'll ever attempt to send now? all i'm gonna say is that this will follow you throughout your history on this forum. i hope you'll know that likewise, it isn't my job to provide suggestions for every country in this contest. it is to keep the contest going smoothly without any sort of tomfoolery going on in the background. if i was just here to provide songs, why would i keep it as a competitive competition, and not do what i did for the heats, quarterfinals, and semifinals of MIVision (my nf for ousc 6)? if you have to resort to faking an artist's background to send a song you like, then you shouldn't have the country. if nic can send 7 different songs for st. pierre and miquelon (which has under 6,000 inhabitants), then you should be able to find something for a nation which has essentially 400 times as many people all i gotta say is this

CABO VERDE JOINS THE REST OF THE PLAYERS
Radiotelevisão Caboverdiana presents you the capeverdean entry for the OAfSC15. Coi Leray (proof) "Players" Language: English TS: 2:00+
~ CAPE VERDE IN OWN AFRICAVISION SONG CONTEST ~Cape Verde debuted in the first edition of the contest, in their debut they got robbed with the song "Loco" by the talented, brilliant, incredible, amazing, show stopping, spectacular, never the same, totally unique Jennifer Dias featuring Elji Beatzkilla, placing thirteenth in the Grand Final. In the second edition Djodje was internally selected with "Atrevido", getting robbed again placing seventeenth in the Final. The robberies streak finished in the third edition thanks to Lisandro Cuxi, who's song "Dançar" managed to achieve the fourth place in the contest, giving it's first AQ spot to Cape Verde and so far the best placement of the capeverdean history.
The AQ spot of the Grand Final was obtained by Yasmine, who won the first edition of Festival do Praia with "Quem é?", placing in a respectable nineteenth position. Jennifer Dias finally got her revenge in the fifth edition, achieving a fifth place alongside Sureno Beatzz & Supa Squad with the song "Boom" obtaining a second automatic qualification. Mongolian-Capeverdean singer Naam managed to win the second edition of Festival Do Praia by a huge margin with "Gun Tsenher", automatically classified to the final she was the first Asian to represent the African country, she finished seventh in the Grand Final, missing the Top 6 and an AQ streak by just one place.
Cape Verde failed to qualify for the first time in the seventh edition with Mónica Sintra finishing thirteenth in the Semi-Final and since then an obscure era has pursued the country. An streak of non qualifications followed the country for five editions, during this period big names of the capeverdean industry such as Elji Beatzkilla and Soraia Ramos tried to bring the country back to the Final, but without any success. In the twelfth edition the Festival do Praia 5 was hosted; Swedish-Capeverdean duo VAZ were crowned as the winners, returning to the contest after missing the Grand Final of the eighth edition by just 3 points, willing this time to reach the long awaited final.
