The voting time limit will be shortened from 6 days to 3 days to speed up the frequency of the contest.
Instead of non voters being disqualified, they will have 20 points deducted from their score, like in the 16th contest. The countries lined up to this fate so far are Ukraine and Lithuania, so they have only until tomorrow to vote
