Did you read the new voting rules for Eurovision? It will sum up the rankings from the results of Televoting + Juries, and not anymore with points I think this will block out political voting system I think and results are more mixed. E.g. In the old system the combined points would have been calculated like this: Estonia 12 points + 0 points = 12 points Germany 0 points + 0 points = 0 points In the new system the ranks would be calculated like this: Estonia: 1st rank + 25th rank = 26th rank Germany: 11th + 11th = 22nd rank of a country, of course. It's not the results of the full voting. Then.. the scoreboard will be the same as past years. What do you think? www.esctoday.com/48047/eurovision-rules-change-juries-are-ranking-all-the-songs/This is how JasminTuzla and I did the jury ranking for WVSC. Eurovision is learning from us ;D

To listen and value all the songs, to make honest and very objective tops, Act like me in the following way: - 1 - Download to your walkman all 39 songs. MUST BE ALL. (First step is difficult for who hates a song. )
- 2 - Don't name countries, rename and add only the name of the song and not the singer, just the name of the song.
- 3- Make a playlist, listen to it from the 1st to the 39th. Don't jump or zap other songs!!!
- 4- Listen them with headphones, be careful to every beat, every breath, lyrics and voice tone.
- 5- You can repeat the listening cicle 2/3 times
- 6 - Then you will have clear ideas about ESC 2013 ;D
Just use headphones, you can feel the music right then

^ That's not far from what I do, I'm constantly updating my top. This is why Lithuania dropped from being my favourite to 38th, I recognised that his singing was not good, the music was catchy, though cheap and the lyrics are very pale.
