Ukraine haven't officially confirmed for 2013, however NTU have stated they're "most likely" to be participating.  RAI have published the rules for Sanremo 2013, but none of the rules included involve those related to the Eurovision Song Contest, so an artist isn't on the cards right now.  Therefore, the current number of confirmed countries is at 34. |
