Sorry for nitpicking, but TBA means "To be announced", meaning the entrant will be confirmed via an announcement from the TV station. TBD means "to be determined", meaning the entrant will be confirmed via national final.

 EFM (Eesti FM) confirms ! A national selection will be created with the name "Eesti on Parim". There will be 3 heat with 3 songs in each. 2 songs from every heat will advance in the semifinals. there will be 2 SF with 3 songs in each, 1 from each SF will go to the final, 1 from each in the Lucky Card Round. Dates : Heat 1: 22 March Heat 2: 23 March Heat 3: 24 March SF 1 : 28 March SF 2 : 29 March LCR: 30 March Final: 5 April |
