Predictions:
Withdrawing from Eurovision:
- Slovenia (Due to lack of interest, unable to host the show if they won and financial reasons)
- Bulgaria (Lack of interest and lack of success in Eurovision)
- Cyprus (Financial reasons)
- Greece (Same as Cyprus but less likely than Cyprus due to high interest in Eurovision)
- United Kingdom (Block voting and lack of singers who want to be in Eurovision)
- Latvia (Finances)
Returning:
- Bosnia and Herzegovina (High interest in the contest and successful)
- Poland (TVP want Polish musicians to be heard)
- Morocco (They showed interest in ESC 2012)
- Luxembourg (They haven't been apart of the show in 20 years and they may return like Monaco did)
- Turkey (They will get over themselves and there is a high interest in Turkey)
Not returning in a long time:
- Portugal (They don't even want to broadcast Eurovision 2013, they have severe financial issues and they never do well)
- Slovakia (Poor results)
- Andorra (Poor results and finances are hard)
- Monaco (They believe it is impossible for them to qualify due to block voting)
- Czech Republic (Poor results and lack of interest)
Debuting:
- Liechtenstein (They really want to join)
- Tunisia (Once tensions go down, this new government may want Tunisia in the contest. They were in 1976 but withdrew before the contest began)
- Kazakhstan (They joined EBU and some parts of the country are in Europe)
- Qatar (If they can get membership, highly doubtful)
- Jordan (They have a music industry and they are on good terms with Israel. they also used to broadcast the contest)
Won't Debut in for a long time:
- Libya (Government tensions)
- Algeria (Dangers of the country)
- Kosovo (Not recognized by many members of Eurovision including Spain and Serbia)
- Lebanon (Situation of the country)
- Egypt (Anti Western government and tensions in the country)
