ISC Entries/Qualifiers

Hello!

So place in the 17th edition of ISC were taken pretty quickly due to popular demand (3 extra entries were accepted because of the amount of entries submitted).

I was wondering; do you think 49 entries is too little? Should I allow more participants to take part? Which option do you think would be the fairest? Tell me what you think!

All comments are appreciated as I'd like to make ISC as fair as possible Thank you!

PS: If a new option is chosen, it would be introduced in the 18th edition.

I love ISC the way it is now. ;D But if given a second option, I'd vote for 52 Entries, 8/17 Qualifiers, 1 WCB (26 Finalists).

That could be a pretty good idea. That way no one would have to rush for a place in the next edition.
What does everyone else think?
