 Albania is the first country to officially announce that are not taking part to the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest due to the low placings last year. ESC 2012 = 5th This is not an official statement from RTSH, Albania haven't officially announced withdrawal. Therefore we can't trust it, as it doesn't have any way to confirm or prove it's true. |
