I take my decision.TVSC will changed.From TVSC#22 this new system will be for TVSC:

1.You will take a country and this country you will have it for all edition.You can change it after TVSC#30,if you want.Canceled

2.We will have 2 juries,who must vote and listen all the songs.After the final,they will make a Top 10 with their favourites entries from the final only.NEW RULE FROM TVSC#22

3.The limit of entries are 45.I won't accept 46 entries..NEW RULE FROM TVSC#22

4.There will be Big 6 where these countries will be in final.In TVSC#22,the Big 6 will be selected by the Jury.In the next editions the Big 6 will be selected from the final results and from the Top 10 of Jury.

5.Many famous artists mustn't represent other countries.For Example:
TAL can only represent France.Also,she has roots from Israel,but she can't represent Israel

6.The countries who are in Semi Final 1 or 2 will vote only in their semi final..NEW RULE FROM TVSC#22

I hope you like it.I hope to continue TVSC to have many participants and no one leaves.I know that Vaios,Liev,MaccabiGirl and Many others won't liked that,but It's my decision.Please respect it.So what do you think?

You're probably right (at least to some extent). But anyway, it's your decision so I'll respect that and don't worry Alex, I have no intentions of leaving TVSC anytime soon. ;D

^ It depends on the country you'll have really but when you have the same country for a couple of editions (most esp. if you get a country with less good songs), it gets tiring somehow and you have to research harder unlike if you have a ready entry for some other countries.
