I think the strikes should "fade" after 5 editions, so e.g. I have one strike from the 9th edition, which would then be removed after the 14th edition. Just my 2 cents  |

Maybe each 5 or 10 editions, the NBU council should discuss about a strike which was made 5 or 10 editions before.
For example:
I received a strike on 6th edition so the NBU council would discuss in 11th or 16th edition if it would be correct to remove my strike. For example, if they think it could happen again, don't remove it, but if they thought I wouldn't do it again remove it.
Hope you understand it.
