VOTING IS CLOSED!  Albania  Spain failed to vote. I used random.org for their votes. It was really random. Bad bad bad !!!! Hate this idea ! Just let it without votes. What if Spain wanted to give 12 to... Kazahstan and random it got 0. Estonia can consider a withdraw. |

Yes, It's still possible that these random votes avoid a victory.  Can you maybe put the votes, that nothing in the final results will change actually (just the points)?  |
